Raffaele Cianflone
Raffaele Cianflone, B.Comm. (Hons), CIM®
Investment Advisor
Backed by the strength of RBC, Raff helps professionals, business owners, and families bring structure to the decisions that shape their wealth. As life, career, and family evolve, he serves as a central point of coordination, keeping things organized and ahead of change so clients can stay focused on living their lives while their wealth is protected, put to work, and aligned with the outcomes that matter most to them.

Raff began his career at RBC as an Associate Advisor on large, complex books of business, gaining hands-on experience with sophisticated portfolios, multi-entity families, and corporate structures. After years supporting these established books, he took the jump to start his own independent investment practice within RBC so he could focus more on his growing base of clients and stay closely involved as their careers and family situations evolve. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business, combining investment training with a solid grounding in finance and accounting.

Raff lives in Winnipeg and comes from a tight-knit family, which is why he naturally thinks about clients in the context of their families as well as their portfolios. Outside the office, he’s usually with family or friends, on the course at St. Charles, or planning a trip to somewhere warmer, often Florida or Las Vegas. The conversations he values most are the same ones his clients care about—how to use their time, energy, and resources so they can enjoy life now while still building for later.
